Booking & cancellation
30% booking fee
A non-refundable 30% booking fee is due when you book to secure your appointment.
24 hours' notice
Cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice and your prepayment is credited to your next visit. With less notice, or a no-show, it's kept as a cancellation fee.
Running late?
If you're more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule, and the prepayment may be forfeited depending on the schedule.
Last-minute cancellations are hard to fill and affect our stylists' income. Thank you for understanding.
